UN estimates indicate that at least 902 civilians have died and at least 1,459 have been injured in Ukraine since Russia launched its war on its western neighbor on Feb. 24.
UN officials have said that real figures are likely to be much higher since conditions on the ground make verification difficult.
Over 3.38 million refugees have fled Ukraine since the war began, and 6.5 million people are estimated to be internally displaced in the country.
